Chapter 126: Yue Kui Inn

“We’re almost there.” Lin Si Yao chuckled, tenderly whispering in her ears. This provoked Su Shuilian’s anger and also embarrassment.

It wasn’t her to blame. Having intercourse in the carriage, let alone her, even he himself had never thought that he would take her on a running carriage. He could only say that she had made him, a man everybody considered cold and indifferent, unable to control himself.

“No one knows.” He hugged her tighter and kissed her forehead which was as rosy as the auspicious pink clouds at sunset. If they were not on a carriage, he would have gone for a few more rounds .

After her labor, her petite body became plumper, her time to reach the climax was shorter, and it had become even more passionate. All of that combined had pushed him to an uncontrollable desire for her.

“Don’t lie!” Su Shuilian was angry and ashamed at the same time. She was embarrassed because she had lost herself in the passion.

When she returned to reality, did she realize what they had done in the carriage? There were people around them, and they had even done it twice! The first round, she was sitting on him, and the second with her leaning against the soft bed. They had almost woken up the sleeping twins.

Heavens! The more she thought about it, the more unrestrained she felt she had become!

Although the horse carriages were running and the others in the other carriages behind them couldn’t discover anything, it didn’t mean their driver did not notice. No matter what, their surging, vehement desire had continuously shaken the carriage.

Thus, she would never believe that the driver who was sitting out there and controlling the carriage didn’t recognize the activity inside the carriage as they were just a curtain away. This time, how could she go out and meet people!

“Shuilian… We are husband and wife.” It was natural that husband and wife would make love to each other. Although the timing and venue were a little surprising, it didn’t violate the restriction or social rules. Who regulated that husbands and wives couldn’t love each other in daylight inside a running carriage?

“I know that…” Su Shuilian got angry again, rolling her eyes at him. Realizing the carriage was slowing down, she knew they must arrive in Yue Kui Town.

Ah! She and he had spent one hour doing it! She screamed again, this time inaudibly, just to exchange for a grin from Lin Si Yao.

“Don’t worry. Trust me, okay?” He held the kids in one arm and his other arm supported Su Shuilian by her waist. He knew her legs were jelly now. She didn’t have much strength left in her. Thus, he let her lean against him and slowly get off the carriage.

Indeed, she spotted a gleam of the driver’s blushing face he tried to hide under his tanned skin. What should she do? What to do now? He heard them! Should she say, “Thanks for listening to our show?”

Su Shuilian shyly hit Lin Si Yao’s arm on her body. She wanted to take the twins he was holding in his other arm, but he just leaned and turned away, giving Lin Long and Lin Xiao to Liang-momo and Bai He who had approached them. They would take the twins to the wet-nurses to feed them.

“You need to rest more.” He smiled, reminding her.

He worried that she was too tired and she couldn’t hold the kids? She rolled her eyes at him angrily, walking faster to catch up with Bai He and the others. Yang Jing Zhi and Qing Lan followed her. They then entered the biggest inn in Yue Kui Town.

“Oh? Senior uncle, is senior aunt sick? Why is her face’s reddening?” After Situ Yun had arranged for the four horse carriages, from a distance he saw Su Shuilian’s red face so he walked toward them, asking in surprise.

“No.” Lin Si Yao looked at him. Seeing that the teenager was only asking out of concern for her health, Lin Si Yao didn’t mind him anymore and followed Su Shuilian into the inn.

---

“Five suits with double beds, please.” Situ Yun asked the waiter who was greeting them.

“Customers, are you staying for the night? Five suits? Nine adults and two kids… Oh, someone has booked for you guys. It’s lucky that you’ve booked the rooms early. Otherwise, we don’t have many rooms to provide you.” The waiter smiled naively. He was ready to take the guest upstairs.

“Booked? We didn’t book anything.” Situ Yun didn’t understand. He looked at the waiter. Did he mistake them with someone else?

“Of course, there’s no mistake. An hour ago, we received five guests, and they reserved the rooms for you. They even paid the deposit. Look…” As the waiter saw that Situ Yun didn’t believe him, he hurried to take the log book from the counter and showed him.

Situ Yun skimmed through the log. Immediately he turned around and looked at Lin Si Yao. Five guests? They knew who the others were. However, why would they reserve the rooms for them? Did they worry that this group of people couldn’t find a place to stay because of the lack of rooms?

“Take us to our rooms.” Situ Yun nodded to the waiter. Since his Senior uncle didn’t reject them, they would accept the goodwill from the others. Not receiving free benefits wasn’t Situ Yun’s style.

This two-story inn in Yue Kui Town had twenty rooms, and the eight suites in the South of the second floor were occupied shortly. Lin Si Yao’s group took five, and the Blood Union’s Emperor – Xue Li and his team took the other three.

“We’ve been waiting for you for a long time.” By the landing to the second floor, Xue Li crossed his arms in front of his chest, smiling, looking at Lin Si Yao supporting Su Shuilian behind Situ Yun. He pitched his voice to start their conversation.

“No one asked you to wait.” Lin Si Yao coldly glanced at him. He continued to support Su Shuilian several steps more to get to the second floor.

“Don’t you want to introduce a little bit?” Xue Li carefully observed the beautiful woman the former God of Slaughter was carefully supporting. He complimented the woman inwardly: Worth being the wife Xue Li’s son had chosen. Everymove of her’s was elegant and gentle. She didn’t have a bit of spoiled girls’ behaviors.

“Unnecessary.” Lin Si Yao spat out as he continued to hug Su Shuilian. They passed him,  walking to their room.

“Really?” Xue Li chuckled, asking in a low tone. Right after that, he turned to Bai He and Liang-momo, who had just reached the second floor. His sharp eyes studied the twins the two were carrying. Xue Li couldn’t help but ask, “They are… How old are they?”

The last intelligence the twelve Blood Knight sent him had confirmed “his” identity. Moreover, they said that “he” had been married for two years. But they didn’t mention he had kids, a pair of cute and lovable phoenix twins.

This sudden news made him ponder for a whole day while staying in Da Hui’s imperial palace before he could get a hold of himself.

The Heavens had protected them. Xue Li now had his later generation! Not only did he find their son, Ruo-er would be overjoyed to find out they also were blessed with an adorable grandson and a granddaughter!

“Err… Our little Young Master and Young Lady are four months old.” Liang-momo discreetly checked her Young Lady and Guye walking ahead of them. She saw her Guye wear the same solemn and emotionless face while her Young Lady looked a little grumpy. Thus, she carefully and honestly answered.

“Four months old… You’ve taken care of them well. Can… Can I hold them?” Xue Li smiled and carefully inquired at Liang-momo and Bai He.

If Ruo-er knew their son had children, she would be more stimulated than the first time she met him, right?

Xue Li remembered his fragile wife; he had tried hard to comfort her. If he gave her another big gift like this, he was afraid that she would be greatly shocked. Thus, he decided to seize the chance and hold the twins first.

“Err… Guye?” Liang-momo turned to Lin Si Yao, asking for help. What if the other was a bad guy? Although he didn’t look like that, no bad guy would mark he was a bad guy on his face.

“I just need to hold them for a while. It isn’t okay?” Xue Li lifted his head to look at Lin Si Yao, his voice containing some strange and unknowing tinge of sadness and grievance. No matter what, he was their grandfather. Didn’t he have a right to hold them?

“No.” Lin Si Yao coldly glared at him. He hadn’t accepted his possibly-true identity yet. If he let the man hold his babies, wasn’t it different from accepting his identity already?

“Damn! I just want to hold them for a while! It won’t hurt you!” Xue Li was annoyed. It was okay that his stubborn son didn’t want to accept him now. But how could he stop him from approaching his adorable grandson and granddaughter!

No matter what, he was the Emperor of a nation. He had never been that humble when talking to someone just to earn his favor? If he didn’t feel guilty because of his mistake that led to his one-year-old son missing and living in a strange country, where he had to endure so many hardships and almost lost his life, he wouldn’t need to bow and act moderately like this!

However, his little wish wasn’t granted! Hmph, did he think he was one without temper!

“I just don’t want you to hold them. It’s not like it’ll hurt not to!” Lin Si Yao used Xue Li’s own words and retorted indifferently.

“You…” Xue Li glared at the son he loved but always enraged him. Begrudgingly, he flipped his sleeves. “No matter what, you have no reason to stop me from holding the twins.”

“Why not!” Lin Si Yao sneered. They had been apart for twenty-four years, and now, as soon as they met, he wanted to steal his children. Ridiculous! Did he think that he could do anything because he was the Blood Union’s Emperor!

“A Yao…” Su Shuilian pulled the arm surrounding her waist, reminding them that they were too loud; they had awakened Lin Long.

“Bring them inside first.” Lin Si Yao instructed Liang-momo and the others.

“Yes, Guye,” Liang-momo and Bai He received their Guye’s permission. Instantly, they carefully held Lin Long and Lin Xiao, the two wet-nurses, and the frightened waiter, who didn’t dare to speak a word, to their room.

Following the wet-nurses, Yang Jing Zhi and Qing Lan also made their way upstairs. Since the people standing in front of them had all gone, the two finally saw the man who was talking with Lin Si Yao. They recognized him as the Blood Union’s Emperor – Xue Li.

Heavens! What was going on?

Yang Jing Zhi looked at Su Shuilian in surprise. Su Shuilian looked back at her with a similar perplexed look. She didn’t bother to overthink as she pulled Qing Lan past the two quarreling men to go to their own room.

“I’m going to see you shortly.” Yang Jing Zhi muttered to her while passing Su Shuilian.

“Ok.” Su Shuilian nodded. She also wanted to talk to Jing Zhi. They had left in a hurry and hadn’t had a chance to talk to each other yet.

“I think… We should sit and talk properly.” Xue Li sighed and suggested as he watched all the other irrelevant people leaving, except for his daughter-in-law who Lin Si Yao was supporting.

“My thoughts exactly.” Lin Si Yao nodded. If they didn’t make it clear now, the other party would probably continue to persist without giving up. Moreover, if it continued this way, it would only be a disturbance to their peaceful future.
